The Perfect Mojito
Nothing says summer like a perfect mojito, so start crushing that ice and get yourself some mint

50 ml white rum
25 ml lime juice
12 mint leaves
2 tsp extra fine sugar
25 ml soda water
1 sprig of fresh mint
Directions
- SQUEEZE
Put the sugar into the glass and take the lime wedges. Squeeze them as best you can to get the most juice out. Gently press together the limes and sugar. - PRESS
Add the mint to the glass and press the mint gently to release the oil. Don't crush it. - CHURN
Next, fill the glass until about half of it with crushed ice. Add white rum and churn. - GARNISH
Top with soda and some more crushed ice if needed and garnish with a mint sprig. - DRINK
Take the glass in one hand, or two. Slowly take a sip and enjoy the taste while looking at the beautiful views around you

- PRO TIP: Mix strawberries in a blender, add some sugar and use it as syrup to make it a strawberry mojito
- PRO TIP: For children skip the sugar and the rum and replace the clubsoda with 7-up
